10a NCAC 26a .0302       DEFINITIONS

(a)  "Declaratory ruling" means a formal and binding interpretation as specified in G.S. 150B‑4.

(b)  "Petitioner" as used in this Section means the person requesting a declaratory ruling from the agency.
